This is a great time to be involved in Real Estate, and the Silver Valley of
Northern Idaho is an absolutely great place to be involved with it! I've been involved with people in one way or another for most of my life. Growing up in Northern Idaho I've always had a love for the mountains and
rivers and beauty of this area, I absolutely wouldn't want to live anywhere
else in the world. There is no place that compares to the Silver Valley. Great fishing, mountain biking, hiking, thousands of miles of A.T.V. and
snowmobile trails and skiing galore! Silver Mountain, just out of Kellogg,
and Lookout pass ski resort on the Idaho/Montana border are just a few of
the reasons why this area is becoming a world class resort destination. I
just happen to be blessed enough to live and work and raise my family right
in the middle of it all.
As far as Real Estate itself goes,
it's
been said that as far as stressful situations go, moving, and even more
directly, buying a new home rates up there with the loss of a loved one.
It's a major event in a persons life. So, when it comes to helping a person
or a couple find the right home, I don't take it lightly. I really don't
consider myself a salesman. I'm not trying to sell anything to anybody. I'm
trying to find the house that this person will feel good about calling home! Seeing a person find the right home at a price they can live with really
makes me feel good, like I've accomplished something worth while. Really
house hunting can also be one of the most fun times in a persons life if
it's done right and having lived here most of my life I can help take a lot
of the guess work out of finding the right home in the right area, at the
right price.
Being involved in buying and selling
Real Estate in this current market, (The Silver Valley), where properties
can sometimes sell before the ink is even dry on the listing agreement, has
forced me to learn my trade fast! But even there I have an unfair advantage
over most other agents in that my desk is right next to my Brokers desk in
the big office. Rose Breazeal has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate
in the Silver Valley, so if I run into a question that I'm not sure how to
answer all I have to say is..."Mom?".
Earlier this year, my Mother/Broker,
Rose Breazeal and I joined forces and became partners, and I wouldn't have
it any other way! She's been buying and selling Silver Valley property
longer than anyone else in the business. That's a fact!
So, there you have it. My name is
Roger Crigger. I'm a realtor for Tomlinson Black Silver Valley in Kellogg. I
love God, fishing, camping, playing with my children, and worshipping with my
wife Bonnie when I'm not on the job, walking a property line, listing a
house, or showing property. I am nothing, if I am not an honest man, and I look
forward to meeting you.

Marie Breazeal - Broker, a true native! Born and
raised in North Idaho, I love the area with it's mountains, rivers, and
vast scenery. I have worked Real Estate in the Silver Valley for over 29
years. Probably one of the oldest living realtors in the area, so I've
got a lot of knowledge and experience to pass on to customers, as well as
my son Roger, who does a lot of the leg work for me.
I am the broker/owner of
Tomlinson Black offices in Kellogg and Wallace. I'm proud of my
reputation for friendliness and honesty. I enjoy meeting new people and
helping them realize their dreams or needs.
